Block House 9

About the Game

You are a death row inmate given a choice: face execution or embark on a suicidal mission to investigate a dangerous anomaly. Set in an alternate Soviet Union, this horror game plunges you into the role of a “Liquidator” for the SONBA (Special Anomaly Combat Service), an organization tasked with studying and containing anomalies. You find yourself deep within a labyrinth of dark corridors, where every anomaly you uncover brings you closer to an unknown horror waiting in the shadows.

Gameplay

Your main goal is to detect anomalies in the corridors, but mere observation won’t be enough. You’ll face a variety of tasks: unlocking doors, gathering items, finding keys, all while evading the threats lurking around each corner. Some locations will put you at the mercy of a relentless entity, where capture means certain death.

Every playthrough is unique: anomaly sequences are randomly generated, and as you progress, the corridors grow darker and more sinister. Your presence will eventually attract the Anomaly’s Host — a creature that appears if you fail to make your decisions within the time limit, with the countdown decreasing the closer you get to the truth.

Features

  • Alternate Soviet-inspired setting with a dark, oppressive atmosphere
  • Randomized anomalies for a unique experience each playthrough
  • A suspenseful, survival-driven atmosphere where each choice matters
  • Encounter a mysterious creature as you inch closer to escape
  • Uncover the fates of previous explorers to piece together the story and find your way out

Step into a world of lurking horrors where survival hinges on uncovering the mystery, facing the anomaly, and escaping with your life.
